excellent location friendly staff attentive butler
I stayed in a villa beautiful. it was perfect. Our butler ensured we experienced all the resort had to offer. the staff always had a smile. the location is excellent. I found lots of variety!!!
it caused some disturbance. this should have been mentioned. The price was too high for what was provided.

wonderful getaway!!!
nice beach excellent bartender attentive staff
i loved the adult pool with the bar. the beach was large and very nice. the location was also great. nacho, the bartender, was excellent. i appreciated that eduardo attentively answered my questions about the membership club. i found the wildlife around the resort interesting.

my villa had a comfortable bed and was pretty. the room was cleaned beautifully each day, which i appreciate. the ocean front villa and the cabanas just outside were excellent.

evening turndown top shelf liquor clean pool area
The hotel boasted meticulous maintenance. cleaning service included daytime cleaning and evening turndown. i liked the top-shelf liquor availability on request. It elevated the experience. the beach and pool areas were kept clean with plenty of loungers available.

excellent service professional staff great selection
I received excellent service from all personnel. Every person was kind, professional, and eager to assist. The room service was quick, offering great food options. The bars had a fantastic selection of cocktails.
Some daytime noise by the pool did make it hard to nap

The Villa Junior Suite Plunge Pool offered a private outdoor plunge pool for EXCLUSIVE relaxation. The room also had a king-sized bed and a spacious seating area. A large balcony offered views.

Staff members are very attentive and quick to address any concerns. Daily housekeeping keeps all areas VERY clean. The concierge service is knowledgeable about local tours and activities.

i loved the fantastic facilities and immaculate hotel. the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful (especially cristina). i found the location unbeatable, with easy travel from chicago. the new pool bar is a fantastic upgrade.
the concierge were a bit pushy trying to sell memberships upon arrival.

Jessica, the hotel's concierge, was a big help throughout my stay. She handled all my needs effortlessly. teresa was a super friendly waitress. She always made sure i had everything i needed. cristina provided really good entertainment.
